Exchange Policy (Domestic Orders Only)
At Traditional Jewelry, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us. While we do not offer refunds or exchanges as a standard policy, we understand that in certain circumstances, an exchange may be necessary, particularly if the product received is incorrect or damaged.
Steps to Follow for Exchange:
- Kindly inform us within 24 hours of delivery if you have received a wrong or damaged product. Please email us at admin@thetraditionaljewelry.com with your order number and a picture of the product.
- Once our team verifies the description and confirms the damage or incorrect product, we will send you an email confirmation regarding the approval of the exchange or return.
- The product must be packed in the original packaging before it is couriered by the customer to our billing address (mentioned below).
- Shipping, reverse pick-up, or re-shipping charges for returned or exchanged items will be borne by the customer.
- Upon receiving the product(s), we will inspect and check its physical condition. If eligible, we will dispatch a fresh or correct product as per Traditional Jewelry’s policy.
- Please note that the product must be unused and untempered to be eligible for exchange.
- It may take longer than usual to ship the exchanged product, subject to stock availability.
