- All international and domestic orders are non-refundable.
- Custom duties/charges on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
- Products purchased on sale or under any promotional offer cannot be exchanged or returned.
Modification of Terms
Traditional Jewelry reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Returns & Exchange policy without prior notice.
Exchange Policy (International & Domestic)
- Exchanges are only allowed if the product received is damaged or incorrect.
- In case you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item by emailing us at admin@thetraditionaljewelry.com with your order number and product photos.
- Refunds are applicable only for lost shipments.
- International orders are not eligible for exchange unless the product is damaged during transit or incorrect.
- If eligible for exchange, all shipping costs (including reverse pick-up and re-shipping charges) will be borne by the customer.
Steps for Exchange:
- Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product by emailing admin@thetraditionaljewelry.com with your order number and product photos.
- Our team will review your request and send an email confirmation if the exchange is approved.
- Pack the product in its original packaging and courier it to our billing address (provided after confirmation).
- Once received, we will inspect the product and dispatch the correct or undamaged item if the exchange is approved.
- The product must be unused and undamaged to be eligible for exchange.
